Spent 14 years in Dubai working for large corporates, between the Real Estate & Automotive industries.
Over time, I grew disillusioned with the way they took advantage of their employees, reducing their earning potential year after year. Now, I’m driven to make a change and challenge these practices to create a fairer and more supportive environment for everyone.
